- Delivery & Return
All items must be returned within fourteen days from the date of purchase or receipt. The returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process:
To return any item, please contact customer service via email (support@sobekarts.com) or call/WhatsApp at (+201000008103). We will be happy to assist you, and our customer service representative will guide you through the process.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow up to three (3) days from receiving your item for processing. We will notify you by email once the transaction is complete. In the case of cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred to your bank account (within 5 business days) or a gift voucher of the same amount will be sent to the customer’s email (according to their preference). If the payment was made using a bank card, the amount will be refunded to the card account within 14 business days, according to the policy of the bank that processed the transaction.
