We appreciate your choice of our products, and we hope you are satisfied with your purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchases for any reason, you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange.
Returns:
All items must be returned within fourteen days from the date of purchase or receipt. The returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process:

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow up to three (3) days from receiving your item for processing. We will notify you by email once the transaction is complete. In the case of cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred to your bank account (within 5 business days) or a gift voucher of the same amount will be sent to the customer’s email (according to their preference). If the payment was made using a bank card, the amount will be refunded to the card account within 14 business days, according to the policy of the bank that processed the transaction.
Exceptions:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us via email (support@sobekarts.com) or call/WhatsApp at (+201000008103) for a full refund (including shipping fees) or a replacement with another product.
Return requests may be denied if there is a repeated pattern of return requests from the same customer.
Exchanges do not apply to products purchased from promotional offers or discounted items.
Requests for exchanges will not be accepted for opened or used products.
